Intellectual Property & File Deletion Policy

1. File Submission & Secure Uploads

When you transmit step models, mesh files, or drawings through our RFQ portal, your files are immediately shifted into private directories. We never index these geometries on public web servers. Only authorized engineering staff assigned to your specific quote feasibility study can download and view these components.

2. Systematic File Deletion Policy

To limit corporate liability and ensure data minimization practices, PRINTFORM3D employs strict storage limits:

• Non-Ordered Requests: If a quote is sent but no build order is authorized within 30 days, all uploaded mechanical files are permanently erased from our print servers.
• Completed Production: For ordered parts, design files are archived for 90 days post-delivery to allow convenient "reorder" replication calls. After 90 days, all CAD data is completely purged unless corporate accounts explicitly request persistent vaulting.

3. Pre-Submission Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

We offer standard mutual or uncompensated non-disclosure agreements prior to file upload. You can submit your organization credentials dynamically in the RFQ step panel to draft the PDF signature sheets. Our Nevada administrative desk signs and updates the digital document within 3 business hours.

4. Intellectual Property Integrity

PRINTFORM3D is a contract manufacturer. Under no circumstances do we make claims on your patents, trademarks, shape designs, or conceptual mechanisms. All customized jigs, assemblies, prototypes, or end-use products remain 100% your corporate property.
